Winter Blast '09 - Part 2

Now this weather is starting to annoy me. The snow is pretty and all, but the ice is just too much. And I have a 4-wheel drive, so the snow isn't a big problem. However, when the roads are covered in ice, it doesn't matter what you drive. Unless it's a snow plow with salt coming off the back.

Here is the view from our front porch. Notice the tree branches hanging low because of the ice.

And here is what happens when the ice becomes more than the trees can handle... This is in our backyard.

The good news is the tree didn't hit the house. And we still have heat and electric!

Come on, Spring!
